Above and Beyond Awards

 

The "Above and Beyond Awards’’ were created to recognize outstanding efforts by our staff members and parents who serve Red Clay schools and students.

 

Any Red Clay staff member or parent is eligible for the award and anyone can submit an application. Recipients of the award will receive a token of the district’s gratitude for an outstanding job from the Superintendent.

 

A committee of staff members will determine whether a nomination merits an "Above and Beyond Award,’’ based on a rubric of qualifications.

 

Winners of the "Above and Beyond Awards’’ will be published on a monthly basis on the district’s website, in the Superintendent’s memo to all staff and in the Red Clay E-News.
