Strategic Plan
Note: A new Strategic Plan website will be launched June 21.
A preliminary draft of the Red Clay Consolidated School District Strategic Plan was presented to the Red Clay Board of Education on September 21, 2011. As of October 19, 2011, the Board has approved the proposed framework for the Strategic Plan (mission, vision, values, and goals).
The district is in the process of developing the remainder of the document; a new draft will be presented at a future Board meeting and an opportunity for public review and comment will be provided.
