Red Clay to Expand Hours of Successful Pre-K Program
The full-day program will run at Baltz, Warner, and Mote elementary schools. Before and After Care will be offered at Baltz and Warner; Mote will offer After Care.
The district is currently accepting applications for the Warner and Baltz sites. Applications are available at Warner and Baltz,
Parents must apply in person at the school they are requesting as their first preference.
To apply, parents must provide the original birth certificate showing that their child will be four years old on or before Aug. 31, 2013. In addition parents must provide proof of residency in the Red Clay Consolidated School District. Acceptable documents can be viewed at:
Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the school office for tuition rates and Before and After Care information.
Transportation will not be provided by the district and is the responsibility of the family.
Please note that the preschool program has a unique opening schedule to enable parents to meet with teachers prior to the start of school for children. Parents will be contacted by their child’s teacher with parent teacher conference dates to be scheduled the week of August 26.
The first week of school for preschool students will be the week of September 3.
